What does it cost to move in?

$45 per person (18 and over) application fee

Upon acceptance there is a refundable $900 security deposit to cover damage and condition beyond normal wear and tear.

What is the monthly rent? What is covered?

For a 12 month lease the rent is $1300/month. 

Now online/mobile app rent payment option available.

Water/sewer are covered. Other utilities such as electricity, cable, and garbage are renter responsibility.

Is a washer/dryer available?

Yes. Each unit includes a washer/dryer combo.

How is parking managed?

Each unit includes at least one parking space. The site currently has 7 spaces. Two spaces are available for the longest occupied units.  Additional parking is available in the cul de sac.
